"When I take off for a run now, I begin to think I was crazy. Because now, when I see a picture or read a story about the run, I think “how did I do that”? You have to be crazy to imagine you can run the world. But, it’s better to be a crazy, happy man than a boring man."Serge Roehteli, after completing a 25,000 mile run around the world
Vine StreetListened to this on my run yesterday (Thanks, JD :)

JAMES!!! I'm so excited for your race!!! You're going to do great! I can't wait to read all about it. I hope you get some good rest in and I hope you have a blast!!!
Your welcome!
Enjoy your journey tommorrow!
Mazzie! Good to hear from you, thanks for sending some good vibes my way :)
Hope you had a great run today with your friend in Portsmouth!
I was just putting together a carefully constructed ipod playlist for the race tomorrow. 7 loops, so I made 7 playlists for each loop. I start out with some slow paced instrumentals in the first 3 loops, then start to crank the energy level of the songs for the remaining loops.
I have never felt better about a race, I feel super fit, energetic, and well rested - all systems go, and I am ready to battle the course, the weather, the runners, and myself.
Your right, this is going to be a blast!!
