I decided to stop running until my knee is better, could be a long wait.
Rachel took her digi camera with her, so that puts an end to my picture experiments for now.
Will probably cut back on my daily blog entries, at least until I get the digi camera back.
A lot of loss for one day.
Not sure what I will do with the extra time.
Meditate.
Walk to the arboretum.
Strength exercises.
Contemplate loss.
Breathe, let go.
Breathe, float weightlessly.
Breathe, drop.....

Hope that knee heals up soon for you. The running blog won't be the same without your thoughtful entries...and inspiring runs.
Interesting the timing of all these recent occurences, must mean something good is cooking for you. Enjoy the meditations, and strengthenings, and breathing.
