As I was grinding out 1 hour's worth of hill repeats at the arboretum the Beatles classic showed up on my ipod. I will admit it did make me feel happy, after all, the sun was shining, and I was working up quite a sweat.
I brought the camera along on my walk to work this morning, and I saw a few things and made some exposures.
The 28 mile Riddle Run is in 12 days, so I am going to start decreasing my mileage so that I can be fresh for the 31st.
