The Winter

Small Winter Day III

Ran a few miles today. Iced the knee yesterday, massaged my legs. Pretty quick recovery so far.

I am happy that my quads have no muscle damage. I wore the Teva Racers on Saturday, and those shoes are easy to midfoot strike with, so maybe this creates less tension on my quads than heel striking? My hamstrings are slightly sore, so possibly a combination of snow and new style of shoes created a different type of stress.

I am hoping to be full strength by Friday, so just short easy running until then.

Worked on a couple more photographs which I made on my walk to work this morning.
