Siberian Express

Ran a 7 mile trail race today, it has been a while (3 months) since I have put myself into the fire - it felt intense! I had a good attitude about the race - run my heart out, no more, no less, the rest can go to the devil.

Basking in the post race glow, I opened up Photoshop and worked on another digital image :
